Good to Know

• Please check your selected option. Basic and Standard include different services.
• Basic: meeting points only, no hotel pickup, no rescheduling. Guests not at their selected meeting point on time may be marked as no-show.
• Standard: transport with pickup/drop-off within our pickup area.
• The optional Stairway to Heaven visit is self-guided and subject to access rules, weather, trail conditions and availability.
• This is not a guided hiking service or full PR1 Pico do Arieiro to Pico Ruivo hike.
• If Pico do Arieiro conditions are not favourable, an alternative sunset viewpoint may be used.
• Weather, limited visibility or use of an alternative viewpoint do not automatically qualify for a refund if the activity operates.
• Return transfer departs around 30 minutes after sunset. If you choose the optional walk, return to the vehicle on time. Late guests may need to arrange their own return.
• Check messages before the activity for pickup time and updates.
